    Kristen Stensby has been a part of the flooring industry since 1988, when her father opened his flooring store. Growing up surrounded by this business gave her the building blocks for not just acquiring flooring knowledge but also meeting the challenges that many business owners in this industry face, including pricing and updating a flooring showroom. She previously held industry positions in marketing, estimating, and sales, and she co-founded Showroom Pricing in 2020. She's written industry articles for Wood Floor Business and Angie's List and is a 2012 graduate of the NWFA Wood Floor Inspector School.

    Kristen is a native St. Louisan with an itch to see the world! She and her husband and their two daughters enjoy traveling as often as possible. Favorite destination: Italy. Bucket list destination: Croatia.
